We don't care about the marketing; what matters to us is the logistics from the Port of Vigo. We need the temperature to be spot on and the paperwork to be in order for customs. We've been working with them for years and there have been no issues. The guarantee that the cold chain won't be broken is what gives us peace of mind

If we have to replace a dish because the fish isn't good, we lose money. We need the quality of our frozen wild-caught fish to be consistent. With them, there are no surprises. Their product is among the best we offer to the hospitality industry, and they always deliver on their promises.

We don't mess around here. We need large volumes of wholesale frozen fish without any issues, and the assurance of knowing exactly where it comes from. They provide us with FAO traceability for every batch, no questions asked. Responsiveness and clean documentation. That's what we demand in order to continue buying.

We’re not looking for the cheapest fish on the market; we’re looking for the one that causes the least trouble and offers the best margin for the end customer. With them, the price is fair for the quality you get. Consistency is what counts, and you don’t have to haggle over the product with every order. That’s what I call a good deal.

In the export business, if the paperwork isn’t in perfect order, they’ll hold up your container. What puts our minds at ease is that they’re already thoroughly familiar with the protocols in Vigo and Europe. The FAO certification and all the paperwork are in order. This supplier gives us legal certainty and saves us time.
