January’s uphill has changed the consumption habits of Spaniards and they are returning to products with a lower cost in the pantry: chicken, pork, beef, fresh and frozen fish.

Fish, both fresh and frozen, experienced increases in consumption with respect to December, with a consumption of 42,764 kilos in January and 12,189 kilos in January, respectively.
